Creation & Realization of custom prototypes & molds

Thanks to digital conception tools & 3D printing, we can conceive and realize cool things !

Below is shown a 3D printed glider horizontal stabilizer mold with reinforcement inserts.

The mold was 3D printed, as well as the inserts. The root insert includes a 8mm thin servo and the positionning hole for the joiner tube.

The Stabilizer will be molded with carbon fiber in a sandwich fashion using a 1mm XPS polystyrene core
